The thing that intrigues me is the whole "nepotism and relatives" beef. It is a constant in most of the trolls rants.Did it get dropped for the coaches son in under 8's ?
Dear Diary,

Today was a really fun day with the family, we went to the Gold Coast and went to Seaworld. I rode the flume and dad bought me a dagwood dog. Afterwards I got to swim with the dolphins and had a really great time. When we got back from dreamworld we had McDonalds for dinner, but things turned sour when I saw that c**t Mitch Nichols. Sitting there, eating his Big Mac, smug, knowing he'd shagged my missus and there wasn't jack or shit I could do about it. Why do you hate me god? Why? On the bright side my report card from school should come back soon.

STILL LAME
And Miron,
I'll tell you a factual story of a kid who had his father as president of a club and his old mans best mate with contacts at the appropriate level. His father then went and sat at the board of what the football body at that time but lets say incognito. The kids father then made sure any kid that could play better than his son, lets say didn't make the cut. This kid was average but got sent to QAS and Ais played for the roar.Turned up for training when it suited him and when it didn't suit him he chose to sit down in the middle of training.Got into alot of trrouble, not many mates as everyone was aware of the situation. And the saga went on and on.
Then there is the kid that had his old man at the appropriate level. He couldn't play to save himself in the brisbane premier league (which wasn't a great level) but I believe hes a olyroo or something and you wonder why there are alot of disillusioned people that know that the best dont play in the a league only the connected ones.

Look I dont disagree with you that this happens, not with the frequency that you seem to think it does, but it does happen.  At the same time, in my experience, a lot of coaches' kids are also the better players, certainly my experience. Not ALWAYS, but in quite a lot of cases.  Sometimes teh coaches kid is rubbish but still gets selected anyway - I've seen that happen to.... But at the end of the day that coaches kid isn't stopping a kid of certain greatness from getting through.  The Pathway isn't QAS or IAS, its playing football.

RRG , the sad thing is that the coaches sons aren't 9 out of ten times the best on the park and like in Usais case he never gave up and the ones that were given a chance will never amount to anything apart from hype.I'm positive that the A League can't afford to lose a cent and especially in these economic times they also can't afford to lose any more potential backsides in seats. As it happened 20 years ago a fellow said if you go to rep meetings in majority it was coaches with their son at toe. Today you sit and watch BJL and JPL teams and it looks like it is generating alot of money on the park BUT if their was a genuine interest in the future of football there would never be teams competeing at this level losing 10 nil because that shows an interest in money not best on the park.

How much do you know about the JPL? About its set up, its requirements? I haven't seen too many 10-0 scorelines in the JPL this season.....

I guess its off season and everyone is bored.... so they play with the troll.... but my god it speaks rubbish. Sepp must be embarrassed on behalf of true trolldom everywhere with this ones efforts.
I am curious though to hear who the players are who are only playing in the A-League because of who their fathers are (or were).
Was Jardels dad on the Jets board ? or maybe Bob Malcolm's ?  or maybe Mr Romario Snr was on the Adelaide board ?

it hasn't a clue. I've tried this discussion with it before. It talks a lot but does little listening or understanding. My advice is to avoid contact with it.... Your IQ is bound to suffer.
