after seeing the state of the field at Allianz, if I was SFC, I'd be getting the match moved.  Didn't even look good enough for NRL.

Griffiths-Jones is the ref.
I see a red card in this game.

City are currently getting done 2-0 by the Jets. Nabbout with a brace. It's glorious!

The Sydney juggernaut rolls on with a comfortable 3-1 win against the Nix. I bloody hope someone can beat them soon!

Now I thought Suncopr was the main cow paddock around sometimes but the SFS tonight was a disgrace.

Karma for the blatant David Carney hand ball goal against Victory, Beath the referee then too.

Did not hear Sydney whinge about that one.

I agree ha ha ha.

Victory losing badly is medicine for my soul. Then they lose their captain to a stupid red card. Priceless

Only saw a few minutes. Troisi looked hung over. Good result. Dimi looking sharp. Great assist by the ball boy.

The pressure is mounting on Muscat...

Ok they're currently in 6th spot but if they don't start improving their all round game then everyone will be looking at Muscat.. Will be very interesting to see how he handles it.

Victory winning never makes me happy, but at least they have done us the service of keeping a top six finish within grasp. Gombau has a tough job to rebuild.

It's a strange feeling....sitting here watching the Wellington v Newcastle game and hoping for a Phoenix win. I should be wishing for every result to favour the Roar, but subconsciously I'm looking for a point to be proved. I hate what this season is doing to me.

How come Reddy was not sent off?
Got away with a yellow for a red card offence.
It kept us in sixth spot i suppose but given WSW had a player sent off by the VAR for denying a goal scoring opportunity  it seems inconsistent.

The new interpretation of the rule basically allows for a yellow if the player was making a genuine attempt at the ball. it is designed to avoid the "double jeopardy" situation, where a team can lose a player AND cop a penalty in the same incident. They consider that just one of those is sufficient punishment.
Different story if the offending player was deliberately trying to take out the attacking player to stop the goal.
