I reckon FFA will want another Australian as Socceroos coach, because they will want someone who understands Aussie football culture, the players, the domestic situation and because all the top foreign managers already have jobs and only the losers would be free and available.

So I reckon Arnie to replace Ange.

And they will probably do a deal for him to stay in and oversee Sydney.

It would have to be a no brainer, he'll be keen for another crack.

And if he can continue to the end of the season, its a win for both.

Well...popa will probably get sacked in Turkey...it's a disaster there at present. So it seems natural he will be in consideration. I don't particularly like his counter attacking style however. I'd prefer gombau, he's closer to ange in terms of ideology.

If Arnie gets the Roos gig, you could almost put money on the Fox Sports bud Rudan to take the Sydney role

Arnie is great at getting results while being able to control the players he can bring in. He doesn't have all that much choice with the NT, so I think he would fail.

We need a coach who can get results taking advantage of the current squads strengths.

They will also want someone they can afford, which means local.

Arnie is my choice.

Got thrown in the deep end for his first stint. Has now got a vast experience base to call upon for another tilt at the main job.. He's taken a battling club to the championship as well as a glamour club so he knows how to get the best of the players at his disposal. He's also developing a sense of arrogance similar to Ange in that he expects and demands a winning mentality and doesn't shirk the favourites tag.

Now I just wonder if he's found that Moral Scoreboard of his yet? lol
